FAQ

Answers for planners and BioBooks.

For planners

  • Who sends the invitation? The planner does. TheBioBook supplies the wording, meeting code, and event link.
  • Can I brand the event? Yes. Use the host company logo by default or override it for a specific meeting.
  • Can I run recurring meetings? Yes. Build a fresh meeting each time and keep using the same BioBook-ready workflow, attendee records, and print materials.
  • Can I print with or without a cover page? Yes. Add a branded cover when you want a polished handout, or leave it off for a simpler internal packet.
  • What can I produce? Create online previews, printable attendee sheets, tent cards, label sheets, and other handout-ready formats from one meeting record.

For BioBooks

  • Can my account email be personal? Yes. Your sign-in email can be personal while your BioBook displays a different professional email.
  • Do I control what gets published? Yes. Contact fields default to publish, and you can uncheck any item you do not want shared.
  • Does it cost anything? No. There is zero cost to attendees, and there is no subscription required to keep your BioBook active.
  • Can I use the same BioBook more than once? Yes. Reuse the same BioBook across repeated meetings and simply update it when something changes.
  • Does my meeting-specific note replace my BioBook? No. Your Why Attending note stays with that event only and does not overwrite your reusable BioBook.
  • Can I stop using it later? Yes. You can update it, hide what is published, or delete your BioBook at any time.
